College football: CBS Sports releases the top 25 post-spring rankings

As the week draws to a close, our seemingly daily coverage of the Top 25 ratings post-spring. CBS Sports released their top 25 post-spring action on Saturday and we’ve got that for you below. Of all we’ve seen, Georgia leads while Michigan scores second, something CBS Sports says as well. From there things get a lot less predictable.

We’ve seen Notre Dame high at No. 7 and low to No. 13. Is one too high, is the other too low, and is one just right?

CBS Sports has its list 1-25 and has said the following about Notre Dame, which is ranked ninth:

No Tommy Reese, no Tyler Buechner… no problem? Upcoming Sam Hartman from Wake Forest could make the Fighting Irish a playoff contender. There is strength in every position group. Ohio State, USC, Pittsburgh and Wake Forest (Hartman reunion!) are all coming to South Bend, Indiana. The arrow continues to point to Marcus Freeman, who went 9-2 after an unfortunate 0-2 start.
