Grovenor House leads weekly condo sales in Miami-Dade

Miami-Dade County condo sales and total dollar volume fell last week.

Realtors closed 160 sales last week, down from 199 the previous week. The total dollar volume amounted to 109 million dollars, compared to $120 million in the previous week.

Most recent sales averaged $682,000, up from $604,000. The median price per square foot also rose to $525 from $514, according to data from condo.com.

Last week, Grovenor House apartment in Coconut Grove It grabbed the lead at $4.3 million. Anthony Loria had the list, and Gene Brito represented the buyer. Both agents are with Compass Florida. The apartment spent 16 days on the market and closed at $1,610 per square foot.

Runners-up was selling at Mondrian. The TS-2/3 unit at 1100 West Avenue in Miami Beach sold for $3.9 million — or $947 per square foot — after 250 days on the market. Juliana Ospina with Compass got on the list.
