One cleaning fan swears by buying an Aldi 80p to clean his kitchen appliance and you’ll be happy to know there’s no cleaning involved.

Not only is this a cheap, quick, and easy hack, but it makes your air fryer look “perfect” every time, too.

Plus, cleaning expert Ian Graham Jury claimed it was better than using Fairy washing up liquid.

Ian proudly took to Facebook to show off his cleaning hack, which left many likes.

Posting in the Facebook group Extreme Couponing and Bargains UK, which has 2.2 million members, bargain hunter Ian shared a photo of his cheap buy.

He said: “Not a bargain but the private label supermarket is a good deal.

“I’ve been using Aldi’s own brand washing up liquid for ages, and it’s about an 80p bottle.

“I’ve seen the posts for Fairy dishwashing liquid in a ridiculous amount of money bottle – I personally think the Aldi bottle is as good if not better than the Fairy.

Bake on food from the air fryer and get it perfect every time.

So if you want to save money, change to Aldi fluid.

“I am sure you will not be disappointed.”

According to Ian, instead of using Fairy liquid to get your cooktop sparkling, you should use Aldi Magnum dishwashing liquid.

Ian’s post clearly impressed many, as it was only shared 22 hours ago, but it quickly garnered 1,400 likes and 573 comments.

Many social media users flocked to the comments and agreed with Ian, admitting they also prefer Aldi washing up liquid over Fairy.

One person said: “I prefer this brand too, love apple One.”

Another added, “I adore this. Love the smell. I haven’t bought a Fairy in 18 months and my bottles have lasted me for ages. Don’t see the point in Fairy anymore.”

A third commented, “I’ve been using the Magnum for years, just as good as the Fairy if not better.”

Another Facebook user said: “Great washing up liquid, use very little, lasts for ages and cleans really well.”

While another person said: “I got the green one, I only found one that matches Fairy (and of all brands I find the darker green better).”
