Summer is saved! In case you missed the news last week, we were shocked to hear the news that Nabisco has been quietly discontinuing its popular chocolate wafer cookies. Yes, the cookies that were the backbone of many summer desserts are no more. What will happen to your beloved Icebox Cake?!

While we’ve written about some of the alternatives, there’s no perfect replica of those thin, crunchy cocoa brownies. Fortunately, there is We are Some creative ways to get around 1-1 substitutions.
